Dr. Ambrose was very kind and patient. Explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions and concerns. His staff is very nice too and super accommodating. Definitely recommend their practice.​​​​​​​

Great experience. Nice store. Dropped off prescription and purchased new glasses and having new prescription made for my Guess sunglasses. Very friendly, helpful and fun staff. Excellent service and lots of nice frames to choose from. Highly recommend.

I was having vision issues and my regular doctor couldn't see me for two more months. New Kent Eye Care got me in the following day. Very sweet and friendly staff. Doc was great! He diagnosed me and even gave me coupons because sometimes insurance can be a pain. They also saw my husband in an emergency case. I called and they asked if he could be there in 30mins. He was seen and treated right away.

I am so happy we have New Kent Eye Care here in this county. This is a first class Eye care operation. Dr. Ambrose is very thorough and patient and explains every part of the examination and the information he sees regarding your eyes. His staff is friendly and professional.​​​​​​​

Everyone is so nice and very friendly. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. The lady picked out 4 pairs of frames she thought I would like and I definitely like what she picked and I chose one of them.​​​​​​​

Woke up with pain in eye and as a new resident called the closest eye Dr. and explained my situation. I was in the office within 1 hour. Dr Ambrose was excellent and addressed my issues. The staff was extremely helpful when I arrived. This will be my eye care facility going forward.​​​​​​​
